Shaniece “Nikki” Fullove, MPA, is an award-winning marketer, brand strategist, and community builder with a proven track record in CPG, lifestyle, wellness, and cannabis industries. She specializes in culturally resonant storytelling, high-impact campaigns, and immersive consumer experiences that drive measurable results, brand affinity, and cultural relevance.
As Founder of High Class Conversations, Nikki created a platform at the intersection of cannabis, marketing, and culture—amplifying female leadership and delivering unforgettable community experiences through events, workshops, and podcasts. What began as a passion for creating meaningful dialogue has grown into a multi-faceted hub for applied marketing insights, where campaigns become case studies, partnerships become lessons, and storytelling becomes strategy.
